Inquiries and newsletter signups

When you submit a form, the website stores the information you provide so Toddy Brook can respond to your request. Newsletter signup stores your name, email address and consent. Signing up does not make a booking or purchase.

Who can see it

Submitted information is available to authorized website staff. Website hosting and database services process it to operate these features. We do not sell information submitted through these forms.

When inquiry email alerts are enabled, Resend processes the inquiry details to notify the course team. Newsletter delivery is managed separately.

Booking and external links

Tee-time booking happens with a separate provider, which has its own privacy policy. Directions, weather and social links also take you to external services.

Website activity

We keep daily totals of page views, tee-time link clicks, phone and directions clicks, and successfully saved inquiries. These totals contain the page path and a broad referrer group, never your name, email, full referring URL or a visitor identifier. No analytics cookies are used. Totals are retained for up to 400 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.

To limit abuse, requests may use a hashed IP-based rate-limit key that rotates hourly and expires after an hour. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs. The separate booking provider handles reservations; this site does not measure completed bookings.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request deletion, or withdraw newsletter consent, email toddybrookgolfclub@gmail.com. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment details through the inquiry form.
